There are many aspects regarding physical activities same like regular exercise, dieting, active lifestyle and good choice of food to remain healthy. Useful programs of exercise essential to kept you motivated. It supports you to get your target such as healthy body, stamina, looking smart or gorgeous etc.

In the bagging to start the routine of exercise you may face very tough time but when you come on the track you will noticed several benefits, same as weight control, fitness and self confidence. It also minimizes the danger of heart disease, diabetes and blood pressure.

First step on the track

It is not necessary to join gym for exercise. If you cut off for a long time from fitness activities then start slowly to avoid injuries. Get good start with 10 minutes walk daily.

Important 

If you have any long term disease, then before starting the exercise talk to your family doctor about it, for example if you are overweight, or feel chest pain during running, having asthma disease etc then 1st  take medical opinions and start fitness activities.

Simple way of life is also good for health

Use stairs as an alternative of elevator to go upper story, walk towards the office of your colleague to share some things instead of sending e- mail or using intercom, or adopt 10 to 20 minute walk during lunch daily.
When you are performing your farm duties try to park vehicle at the far end of parking or use longest way to approach the vehicle. At home try to work with your own hand for example, washing of car, gardening, vacuuming, or raking plants. Get up and change the channel of TV instead of using remote control of TV to change it.

While using bus for journey tries to get off one stop before and walk up to your destiny.

Make a schedule of exercise about 2.5 hrs in a week. Do exercise 30 minute for 5 days in a week or 45 to 60 minute for 3 days in a week it depends upon you.


You should not do your complete daily exercise all at once, if the aim is to exercise for 30 minute then adopt simple one and finish it with in time. With the passage of time you become more confident and healthier to increase the passion of your exercise by going from low to moderate activity. Your time duration of exercise can also be increased.

IMPORTANCE OF REST

As we know that a machine which is working frequently can not sustain its efficiency for long time without maintenance, similarly a human being can not perform his  duties without taking rest.even though his basic duties also affected.a man who is in tension and depressed never excute his task or responsibilities very well. So human brain needs rest after continuously work.
Sleeping is a blessing of GOD which provides rest to human brain and body. If we want to excite our responsibilities with 100% efficiency we must know how to get good sleep.

SLEEPING SCHEDULE

According to this quote”early to bed and early to rise makes man healthy wealthy and wise”we must make easy schedule to sleeping early and implement on it. If we not feel for sleep even though we should go to bed at scheduled time and with passage of time we will become habitual of early sleeping.
REMOVE TENSION
It is often seen that those personal whose life is full of tensions and problems sleep less. Try to remove these tensions and troubles by all possible factors and spend simple life. A man who stay away from self created problems never claim on sleeping matters. Be simple, sleep well and enjoy life.

TAKING BATH

Be fore sleeping taking bath with slightly hot water is best idea. Due to this Our brain and physic feels fresh .after taking bath as soon as go to bed we sleep deeply.but remember one thing that do not take bath with cold water because you feel yourself fresh but  you go away from good sleep.

EATING MEAL

Do not sleep with filled stomach it will create stomach problems and you can not sleep easily, so eat your meal at least two hours before sleeping and one glass of slightly hot milk just prior to sleep.make a habit of walking at least eighty step after eating meal before sleeping.
On implement-ion of all above mentioned tips you will enjoy deep and night mare sleep. If you successfully get a good sleep then we find ourselves as fresh minded and intellectual for next day duties.
